I am passionate about partnering with organizations to fulfill their missions and foster values that enable creative humans to practice their craft with integrity, dignity, and joy. With over 20 years of experience in interdisciplinary performing arts as a producer, dramaturg, and administrator, I have deep experience in cultivating meaningful relationships, raising capital, implementing effective communication strategies, and navigating organizational change.

As a strategic leader, I have guided multiple non-profit theatre companies through turbulent times, launched comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, and produced numerous new works with innovative collaborators worldwide. My steady strategic vision, which incorporates empathy and passion, allows me to help organizations navigate moments of significant transition.

Most recently, I developed a comprehensive legacy plan, which raised nearly $2 million dollars, for SITI Company, an award-winning theatre ensemble. As part of the legacy plan, I curated and produced the Company’s ambitious finale season, launched the SITI Living Archive, and conceived and edited a retrospective book. Additionally, I helped to sustain this ensemble of artists through the pandemic and introduced Anti-Racist Core Values and a 2-year EDI plan through training and consensus-building with 27 ensemble members and alumni.

I've lived and worked in Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York City, with major collaborations in Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Texas, China, Poland, and Singapore, . Currently based in NYC, I continue to collaborate with artists and organizations at home and abroad.
